The Princess and the Sorcerer

.....In the middle age of Equestria, there were vast number of kingdoms ruled by nobles or royalty who ruled their own land under the flag of Celestia. In the kingdom of Sabbledase, there lived a young beautiful ruler name Princess Seganes. She was given the throne in the age of 12 after her parents and many other ponies were taken away by the plague. From then on, Seganes was forced to grow up to handle the royal responsibility of running the kingdom, even if she was ill experience and had no one to guided her but her royal advisory, whom which she was not close to at all. Due to this, she truly felt alone. By the time she reached in her twenties, the kingdom was meant with a famine due to dark magic that cause the plague long ago had return. The Crop began to die, shortage of food began to rise, and the starvation of ponies began to bring chaos to the kingdom. Not knowing what to do, Seganes called out for powerful unicorns of sorcery and wizardary in aid of her kingdom to rid of the dark plague that had bestow upon them. But as one by one came with powerful magic that each study for years, one by one left as failures due to not knowing how to rid of this dark plague that was beyond their knowledge. Hope began to slowly go away from Seganes’s heart, as if her light inside her began to fade. But then, her advisors had suddenly told her that another sorcerer had come unexpectedly. But when she arrives to meet this strange sorcerer in the throne room, she was shocked to believe that this sorcerer was not an old unicorn as all the other were, but an young green earth pony. Her Advisors look at the green pony suspiciously, believing he was in imposter and were ready to kick him out. However, Seganes saw something special in the green pony’s eyes, as if there was a light that will spark new hope to her and her kingdom. Without hesitation, she allows the green pony to speak for himself. The pony obliged great fully and relieved himself known as Voice the Reason and he had come with a solution that may help to rid of the dark plague. At first her Advisors were highly against this, but Seganes did not listen to them and instead allow Voice to aid their time of need. So, in the next few days, Voice began to gather magical ingredients he needed to make an ancient spell that has been long forgotten. This allowed Seganes to get to know the young sorcerer very well. Due to this, she and Voice got to know each other very well, learning about their past, their goals, and their dreams. They more they interact with, the more that become close that they did not expected. By the time the spell was ready, Voice was ready to cast the spell with one last ingredient but was missing something. He realizes that he need a pearl for the spell to work. Suddenly, Seganes remembered she had a pearl in her crown. At first voice didn’t wanted her to take the pearl off since he knew the crown was sacred to the kingdom, but Seganes assure him she is willing to scrafice not just for her kingdom, but…. for him. Voice was then surprising to hear this from her but knew he had grown to have the same feeling for her as well. Without hesitation, Voice added the last ingredient and started the spell. At first the spell became unstable at first, but within minutes, the shadows of the dark plague began to enter the throne room and was suck into the now flowing light void that was flowing in the center of the room. After it seem like the eternity, the spell finally stops, and the shadow of the dark plague was no more. Voice and Seganes couldn’t believe with their own eyes, especially what they saw in the center of the room, which was a glowing indigo pearl that now laid on the flow. Voice then pick it up and smile to him self that his spell worked. But then, he looked up to Seganes, gave her a genuine smile, and gave the magical pearl to her, telling her that as long she protects it, not only that it help to regrow her kingdom again, but as a reminder of the spark that unleash their love for one another. Seganes was in tears to hear that and quickly jump at Voice and gave him a kiss as he kissed back. Because of this, their love for one another shall shine a light of new hope for the future of their kingdom as well as the rest of Equestria.

Hey guys, its me Gus. Welp after a very long day of cleaning up the house, cooking dinner, and studying long hours of my senior project and other college work, I finally had time to for myself to at least one drawing. This time, this was suggested by Segasister who asked me if I should continue doing more art ship of couple that is similar to the one I made recently. I thought about this at first and thought why not make it an small art series for the fun of it ^^. So what he see her was an idea to make for Sega and her boyfriend, Voice of Reason, and I think it came out great ^^. So yeah, hope you guys like it ^^.
